Description
This 10,500 square foot Tudor-style home sits commandingly on 24 rolling acres, complete with small lake and private natural gas well.  Guests are welcomed to the home with classic formal elegance in the spacious Foyer, Living Room, Dining Room, and Library.

The home, however, was artfully designed to be "family-friendly" and accommodates the owners and their three children quite comfortably with plenty of room to relax in the inviting Kitchen/Breakfast/Hearth Room, Screened Porch, Outdoor Pool, and in the several bedroom suites.  In addition to the 127-inch theater screen, play room, game room, kitchen, and exercise room on the Lower Level, there is an indoor "Endless Pool" equipped with a mechanical current for swimming exercise.  The home is a fully integrated and computerized "Smart House" with everything from the security and sprinkling systems to the entertainment, lighting and window blinds centrally programmed and controlled by mini-computer terminals throughout.

"My husband and I interviewed several builders.  We chose Robert for several reasons.  Robert was interested in all aspects of our project.  He assisted us in finding an architect and attended all of our planning and design meetings.  His input during this phase was invaluable.

The construction of our home took twenty months, which was four months earlier than our expected completion date.  Robert took great pride in his work, and was fastidious and complete.  He was on site daily and his presence kept the project on track and helped to avoid problems.  Our project was not without some difficulties.  Robert handled all these issues in a professional manner.  He chooses his subcontractors carefully and holds them to his high standards.

I can easily and without hesitation recommend Robert Montgomery.  With Robert, I was confident that our house would be built to my high expectations and it was."
