We take pride in the quality of our work.  We conscientiously provide continuous on-site supervision throughout the construction process. Our responsive personal service is unmatched before construction, during construction, and after construction when the new home is occupied.  We care!

DESIGN  -  Through one of several cooperating architectural firms, we can provide you with a custom designed architectural plan to suit your individual needs.  We also offer our services as design consultants when you have your own plan or architect, but need input with regard to the practical construction aspects of the design.  Throughout the construction process, we offer complete interior architectural detailing of cabinetry, doors, windows, trim, interior moldings, fireplace mantels, masonry patterns, special wood floor and tile floor patterns, interior and exterior lighting, wall texturing and specialized painting techniques.

COST ANALYSIS  -  During the preliminary design phase, we provide you with a written, detailed construction cost estimate for your proposed custom home. This preliminary costing is very helpful in determining whether the construction cost of your proposed home is within the budget that you have set.  If changes are desirable, they can be incorporated before your plans are finalized for construction. When the final plans are completed, we can provide you with an accurate and reliable written detailed cost analysis of the construction. 

CONSTRUCTION  -  Whether or not we are involved with the initial design of your home, we approach the construction process from an architectural point of view. This approach, supported by a formal education in architectural design, and practical experience in aesthetic detailing, is unique in the field of home construction.  We maintain a close, cooperative, working relationship with subcontractors and material men to insure a concerned and meticulous approach to the building of your home.

SUPERVISION  -  All construction is personally supervised with great care being given to every aspect of the design. We are present on the job site every day to see to it that your design is executed exactly as you and your architect conceived it.

SELECTIONS  -  Throughout the construction process, there are numerous decisions and selections to be made by you as the homeowner.  We are there for you, to assist you in making decisions with regard to interior and exterior detailing, or to help you in making selections of materials or colors, or to provide you with practical solutions to insure that your new home effectively satisfies your needs.

BOOKKEEPING  -  All costs of construction are detailed for you in a monthly expense summary.  This expense summary includes each individual invoice pertaining to the construction of your home.  All materials and services are invoiced to you at builder's cost!  All trade discounts made available for timely payment of invoices are passed on to you!  All credits for unused and returned materials are credited back to you!  As your custom builder, we offer a variety of bookkeeping services to make the construction process as enjoyable and easy as possible for you.

WARRANTY  -  When you move into your new custom home, we provide you with a one year written warranty.  Our workmen are made available to you for any adjustments, touchups or additions.
